The silk screen glass ink is prepared by using an oily solvent andan alkyd resin. The furnace is subjected to the following stages:

1. From room temperature to 120 ° C, preheating, no change inink;

2. From 120 ° C to 250 ° C, light oil evaporation and gasification;

3. From 250 ° C ~ 500 ° C, heavy oil and resin combustion gas ification;

4. From 500 ° C to 580 ° C, the glass powder in the silk screen glass begins to melt, and the surface of the substrate glass is also slightly softened;

5. From 580 °C to 620 °C,the glass silk screen glass powder is completely melted. The pigment powder isalso melted into it, and the surface of the glass body is also completely softened. The silk screen glass is combined with the glass and then lowered to room temperature.
