Heat soaked test is a process that make tempered glass be self-explosion. The process involves placing the tempered glass inside a chamber and keep the temperature to about 290ºC. The potential for NiS inclusions that may cause spontaneous breakage in tempered glass without any load or thermal stress being applied.
