Australian customer ask third party inspection company coming to KXG factory for inspection of 12mm clear flat toughened glass with heat soaked test, 12mm clear curved toughened glass heat soaked test and 17.52mm clear toughened laminated glass for glass balustrade in Melbourne.
2019 April 16th Tuesday the inspector of Australian customer came to our factory to inspect glass from 9 am to 5 pm. We knew that Australian customer have strict quality requirement. After inspector finished his job and gave us report, our Australian customers are particularly satisfied with us after the inspection. Below are the details of inspection.
First inspection glass is 12mm flat toughened glass with heat soak test.
Processing: Cutting the glass into the size that customer needs used 12mm cleat float glass raw material. All glass need to do grinding and polished edges, safety corner, drilling holes for hardware handrail, printing Australian tempered glass stamp, glass tempering and heat soak test before packaging by plywood crates.
Second, inspecting 12mm clear curved toughened glass with heat soak test.
The processing is same 12mm clear flat tempered glass. But tempering processing is different. 12mm flat toughened glass do flat tempering. 12mm curved toughened glass do curved tempering.
Finial, inspecting 17.52 clear toughened laminated glass, 8mm+1.52PVB+8mm clear toughened glass laminated glass.
Processing: Cutting the glass into the size that customer needs used 8mm cleat float glass raw material.
This inspection we took 7 hours. It is a big job. But after this inspection, Australian customer are particularly satisfied with us and more trust us. We expect we will have long term good relationship and cooperation.
