China factory 17.52mm frosted translucent tempered laminated glass

The 17.52mm frosted translucent tempered laminated glass can be made by two compositions, one is made by one piece 8mm frosted tempered glass and one piece 8mm clear toughened glass, with 1.52mm colorless PVB interlayer. The other composition is two pieces 8mm colorless tempered glass with 0.38mm frosted PVB and 1.14mm clear PVB interlayer.

Both the two composition can reach the translucent and opaque result, offer obscure view but allow light transmittance. But use frosted PVB to make the translucent toughened laminated glass is much cheaper than use the frosted glass to make the opaque tempered laminated glass.

Translucent effect makes sure high light transmittance, but could protect privacy effectively;•

Frosted translucent safety laminated glass can shelter the things like concrete which don’t want to show, harmonize building’s appearances with surrounding views, so create aesthetic sense to building; 

Hardened laminated glass is Grade A safety glass, it is hard to be penetrated because the PVB film can absorb and weaken a mass of striking energy when the laminated glass meets attack. And even the laminated glass is broken, the splinters will stick on the interlayer, won’t scatter to hurt humans.

Dimension: for the frosted PVB film translucent security laminated glass, the largest size is 3000*8000mm, for the frosted glass tempered laminated glass, the biggest size is 2440*3660mm, for both of them, the smallest size is 150*300mm 

Processing: polished edges, drill holes, cutouts, cut notch, screen printing, etc., all can be done as per requirement 

Shape: Flat, curved, square, rectangle, any customized design irregular shapes• Quality standard: in accordance with EN 12150-2:2004, European standard (NB0336) 

Application 

The 884 translucent obscure tempered laminated glass, not only a kind of privacy safety glass, but also a kind of decorative safety glass, widely use as office interior partition wall glass, outdoor frosted balustrade glass, frosted anti-slippery staircase glass, etc.
