Ukraine customer visits KunXing Glass factory
After the two customers came to our company, we first discussed the cooperation matters, and the customer told us in detail about his product requirements.
Then took the customer to visit our float glass stock area, and introduced the customer to our glass thickness. The thickness of the glass has 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm.
After that, we introduced the automatic cutting machine to the customer. The automatic cutting machine is computer controlled to cut large pieces of glass into the size required by the customer. Since the cutting glass is controlled by computer and machine, so the glass size can be optimized.
We also took the customer to check the quality of the silkscreen-printed glass. Our staff used the key to scratch the surface of the glass, not only the pattern on the glass was intact, but also the glass without any scratches.
Finally, we watched the tempering furnace in the factory with our customers, and explained in detail how to convert ordinary float glass into tempered glass.
