2019 April 28th we have 4 container need to loading. Total 156 wooden crates. We packed 50 wooden cases in the first two 40ft container. And the third 40ft container packed 45 wooden cases. Last 20ft container we loading 11 wooden cases.
The most distinctive feature of this order is its packing. 12mm flat toughened glass and 12mm curved toughened glass packing in together. And the radius is different of each per curved glass in one wooden packing. This packing way is difficult. Many glass factory said that it is impossible to do it when our Australian customer came up with this type packing demand. But Kunxing Glass do it. And our Australian customer very satisfied it.

1) 12mm flat toughened glass
Processing: Cutting to the size of customer demand that use 12mm clear float glass; polished edge; safety corner; drilling holes; printing glass stamp of AS/NZS 2208; tempering; heat soaking test; packing
2) 12mm curved toughened glass
Processing: Cutting to the size of customer demand that use 12mm clear float glass; polished edge; safety corner; drilling holes; printing glass stamp of AS/NZS 2208; curved tempering; heat soaking test; packing
3) 13.52 clear tempered laminated glass, 6mm+1.52PVB+6mm clear tempered laminated glass, 664 clear tempered laminated glass
Processing: Cutting; Polished edge; safety corner; drilling holes; printing glass stamp of AS/NZS 2208; tempering; laminating; packing
4) 17.52 clear tempered laminated glass, 8mm+1.52PVB+8mm clear tempered laminated glass, 884 clear tempered laminated glass

We finished the loading these four containers from 8 am to 5 pm
